Our Process

How We Restore Your Credit

A structured, transparent, three-phase process — built on federal compliance and driven by results.

01
Week 1–2

Phase 1

Credit Audit & Review

Know exactly what's on your report — and what shouldn't be.

We begin with a comprehensive pull and analysis of all three major credit bureau reports: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Every account, inquiry, derogatory mark, and public record is examined against the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.

  • Full tri-bureau report review (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
  • Identification of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items
  • FCRA compliance check on all reported accounts
  • Statute of limitations analysis on derogatory items
  • Written audit summary delivered to client
02
Weeks 3–10

Phase 2

Dispute Filing & Creditor Correspondence

Formal, legally grounded disputes — not generic template letters.

Our team prepares and submits individualized dispute letters to the credit bureaus and, where applicable, directly to original creditors and collection agencies. Each dispute cites the specific federal statute being violated and demands verification or deletion of the challenged item. We track every dispute through its 30-day investigation window and follow up as required by law.

  • Custom dispute letters citing FCRA § 611 and applicable provisions
  • Direct creditor and collection agency correspondence
  • 30-day investigation tracking and follow-up
  • Escalation to CFPB and state regulators when warranted
  • Client notification on each dispute outcome

Phase 3

Whether you're preparing for a mortgage, auto loan, or simply rebuilding after hardship, we give you a clear roadmap — including guidance on credit utilization, account management, authorized user strategies, and long-term credit health.

  • Personalized credit-building roadmap
  • Credit utilization and account management guidance
  • Authorized user and secured credit strategies
  • Ongoing tri-bureau monitoring
  • Quarterly progress reviews
